产线周转铜框架或者PCB板，适用以下工序：装片焊线模压切筋打弯成型电镀	产品的名称，框架的图纸或尺寸。提供料盒样品或者图纸。	彩色阳极氧化硬质氧化电镀特氟龙处理	激光刻字或者机械刻字；盖子或者挡杆设计；是否需要开等离子清洗槽。接受定制。

如何设计料盒 How to design a Magazine？
需要的信息：框架的尺寸，长LL，宽LW，厚度LT以及成品的厚度PT;
料盒的关键尺寸：
槽底距GD=LW+(0.5~1.2mm)，通常加0.8mm
槽宽GO=LT+(0.5mm以上)，常用的宽度有1.27、1.5、1.8、2.0、2.5mm；
槽间距GP=PT+(1mm以上)，常用的有2.54、3、4、5、5.08、6、7、8mm；
料盒的长度L=LL+(5~10MM)，通常8mm
料盒的槽数一般为10、15、20、25、30、40；
20槽和40槽是常用的
料盒的其他尺寸可参考常用的model。请和JPM工程师联系。
